These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, or “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Chance Software LLC. (“LEO Breach,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and

(i) Visitors: Visitors are any person that visit our website or App but do not have any Account on our Platform or have not subscribed to our Services; and

(ii) Subscribers: Subscribers are all Visitors who have a registered Account on our Platform and successfully completed Registration as per Section 4.

Subscribers and Visitors are collectively referred to as “Users”. All Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the LEO Breach platform (“Platform”) or accessing LEO Breach’s websites (collectively the “Services”) will be governed by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any related terms. If Users are uncertain as to the terms of this Agreement, they should not proceed further and contact us at support@leobreach.com. User’s use of our Services shall constitute User’s acceptance of this Agreement and to all of the terms and conditions stated under this Agreement and our Privacy Policy referenced herein.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION.

Welcome to LEO Breach, a service provided by Chance Software LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LEO Breach’s services, so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using LEO Breach, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

To use LEO Breach, you are be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To be eligible to access our Service, Visitors must warrant that they are 18 years of age or older. Visitors must also warrant that they have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which they are a party

We take security seriously. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account by requesting deletion through our applications, or emailing us directly with the email address assigned to your account at support@leobreach.com

8. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LEO Breach after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

LEO Breach is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Chance Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of LEO Breach.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
